On November 28, 2022 at 07:35 CET, a delay began to occur in the delivery of a percentage of the signals to the alarm centers.
This fact does not trigger customer alerts since there is no accumulation of signals in the queues of the alarm centers.
No signals have been lost, but a percentage of them have suffered a delay in delivery and a smaller percentage have suffered a delay of more than 30 minutes.
Incident resolved, tickets and metrics has been posted to avoid same issue on the future

G3 update
A new version of the CloudSurgard signal decoding system and automation management process will be uploaded to production.
The commissioning process will be gradual and will affect all signals and connection points.
No downtime is expected, or delay in the arrival of signals, or drop in connection tunnels.
This new version adds many improvements in the management of protocols, especially the oldest ones of pulses, and improves the detection of panels with incorrect DTMF. It also adds the reception in CFSK protocol and eliminates some problems in the configuration of receivers.

Actualización G3
Se procederá a subir a producción una nueva versión del sistema de decodificación de señales y el proceso de gestión de automations de CloudSurgard.
El proceso de puesta en marcha será gradual y afectará a todos las señales y puntos de conexión.
No se espera ningún tiempo de caida, ni retardo en la llegada de señales, ni caída de los túneles de conexión.
Esta nueva versión añade muchas mejoras en la gestión de protocolos especialmente los más antiguos de pulsos y mejora la detección en paneles con DTMF incorrectos. También añade la recepción en protocolo CFSK y elimina algunos problemas en la configuración de receptoras.
